horrific mattress

I almost gave this place a good review, but then I noticed the check-in process was a total disaster. Plus, the room was oddly furnished, with a mattress more horrific than expected. Seriously, with these issues, I expected a room upgrade as compensation for all the hassle. Don't waste your time here unless you like chaos.

Loved the easy check-in, how pretty and clean our suite was, and the coffee maker in the communal kitchen was a lifesaver! Just a lovely, spacious place that made our stay special.

Those twin beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud of thin air, and the rooster was my uninvited morning alarm. Not quite the wake-up call I wanted!

It was just a nice choice for a short break in Key West with great value for the money. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. If you need to adjust the A/C, bring a step stool to reach it!
